Peter's demo / installation team were timely, professional, friendly / easy to work with, and ultimately did a great job. The punch list at the end of the project was minimal which was a welcome change - usually, whole house projects end with a laundry list of problems and things that need fixing; this one didn't. The few items that we (my wife) hawk-eyed, were fixed without any pain or argument from Peter.
Peter has a custom stain guy, which really helped to seal the deal for us. If you're installing LVP, it can be difficult to find the matching components for various floor elements e.g. bullnose / stair-nose, quarter-round, transition strips, etc. The custom stained red oak is a perfect match to our LVP, and way stronger than what you'll get from LVP suppliers (if they even have matching options).
